Paddling Life is now the official media partner of B-Flow Sessions: The Whitewater Kayaking Podcast, hosted by longtime industry veteran Brad Burden. With the partnership, Burden will also come on board as the new Paddling Life advertising sales and partnerships representative.

B-Flow Sessions explores what it means to be in the flow, on the river and in life. Each week, Burden sits down with the leaders, innovators, competitors, instructors, and adventurers of the whitewater world, who share how they found their flow, what drives them, and their advice for paddlers at every level. Every episode runs two signature segments: “Run the Rapids,” on each guest’s favorite rivers, kayaks, peopl,e and places, and “Final Flow,” on how they would spend a last day on the river and who they would spend it with. The show is presented by Pucon Kayak Retreat, Dagger Kayaks and Paddling Life Magazine, and recent guests include world-champion freestyle kayaker Dane Jackson.

Under the partnership, Burden also joins Paddling Life to represent the brand and lead business development, building new partnerships across the paddling industry.

“Paddling Life is huge part of the paddling community, and I’m excited to help represent the brand, build new partnerships, and help PL continue to grow and support our sport,” Burden said.

The partnership also launches the B-Flow Sessions Road Show, with dates to come!

“Brad has a gift for getting paddlers to open up about why they do this, and that kind of storytelling is exactly what we do best at Paddling Life,” said Eugene Buchanan, publisher of Paddling Life. “Making the partnership official, taking the show on the road and bringing Brad on to build new partnerships all help us reach more paddlers and keep growing the sport.”

New episodes of B-Flow Sessions are available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts and at paddlinglife.com.

About B-Flow Sessions: The Whitewater Kayaking Podcast is hosted by Brad Burden and presented by Pucon Kayak Retreat, Dagger Kayaks and Paddling Life Magazine. Burden competed as a professional freestyle kayaker sponsored by Dagger, instructed at the Nantahala Outdoor Center and guided rivers across North, Central and South America, including the Futaleufu. After a 20-plus year break from the sport, he returned to whitewater and launched the show to explore not only how we paddle but why. He now competes in Masters freestyle and downriver races, creates instructional content, teaches at NOC and leads adventure trips in Chile with Pucon Kayak Retreat.
