AIRE, Inc., the Idaho based manufacturer of inflatable boats and boating accessories announced the debut of their new website launching November 24.

The new site was developed to create an online community for both new and existing users, allowing them to post pictures and videos of their Aire boats and check out Aire products. Boise, Idaho based Stoltz Marketing Group (SMG) developed the site content.

“Our best sales people are our existing customers. This new website will rely on imagery provided by the end user,” says Troy Cooley AIRE Marketing Manager.

Aire, Inc.’s full product line will also be featured on the site. Viewers will be able to navigate to specific products and zoom in on various features, creating a virtual-showroom experience. Each boat will be linked to related videos, photos and suggested accessoriesalong with links to local Aire dealers and outfitters.

Care and maintenance is also an important topic for inflatable owners. Viewers will be able to find instructional videos and walkthroughs on basic repair techniques as well as an extensive FAQ section.

“We spend a lot of time working on basic repair issues with our customers,” David Grunke, AIRE Repair Manager said. “We’re always happy work with our customers in person and over the phone, but we like to think a picture is worth a thousand words and a video is even better.”

The expanded online video content is designed to give customers a resource for regular boat maintenance and other valuable repair information that’s good to know both at home and on the river.

The goal of the new site will be to engage customers and provide a community atmosphere so users will want to check in and see new product and check out what other users are doing with their AIRE and Tributary boats. To experience AIRE’s new website visit www.aire.com.
