Raftopia Sale & Boat Swap

When: April 6th – 8th, 2018 (Friday – Sunday)

Hours:

  • Friday, April 6th: 10:00 am –  6:00 pm
  • Saturday, April 7th: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Sunday, April 8th: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm

What: This event just keeps getting bigger and better! Our longest standing event, Raftopia is a great kickoff to the whitewater season. Come check out the newest gear, browse through an assortment of used rafts and get the best discounts of the year. Buddy up with our vendors to get the latest scoop on the newest gear!

We’ll have a number of raffles & giveaways. So come on out, Get Stoked, and Get the Gear!

  • We will be giving away over $3000 worth of amazing prizes from Down River, Aire, Astral, Carlisle, Cataract, Engel, Extrasport, Hyside, Jack’s Plastic Welding, Maravia, Ortlieb, Roxy/Quicksilver, Sawyer Paddles & Oars, Shred Ready & Sweet…just to list a few!

  • Raffle Drawings:
    • Friday & Saturday: 5:00 pm both days
      • *NOTE:  New this year…you DO NOT have to be present to win a prize on Friday & Saturday.  We will have all available raffle prizes displayed and you will be able to use your tickets to try to win the item(s) you are most interested in.  For example, if you receive 10 tickets, you may put all 10 tickets towards 1 item, or you can divide those tickets up as you would like.
      • We will live stream the drawings on Friday and Saturday at 5:00 both days, as well as post the winning ticket numbers on our website and Facebook.
    • Sunday GRAND PRIZE: 1:30 pm
      • MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN THE GRAND PRIZE (sorry, no exceptions).

      • Bring in Friday & Saturday’s original receipts and receive Raffle Tickets for entry into the GRAND PRIZE DRAWING at 1:30 pm on Sunday.

BOAT SWAP INFO:

  • Boat Drop Off: Boats for the boat swap must be dropped off by Wednesday, April 4th by 5:00 pm.
  • Due to security and space we can only accept boats. If you want to sell your boat as a package, please bring a printed itemized list (including pictures) of everything included in your asking price. If your package sells, we will connect you with your buyer.
  • We advertise your Asking Price on Friday and Saturday.  You can specify a Minimum Selling Price that we will advertise on Sunday only.
  • Boats will only be sold for the listed price you set.
  • If your boat is sold you can choose 100% store credit or Down River will cut you a check for 85% of the selling price after collecting a 15% commission.
  • Boat Pick Up: Unsold boats must be picked up by Sunday, April 9th by 3:00 pm.
