How does Lindsay Lohan keep from getting drunk, high or otherwise stupid? By trusting raft guides who sometimes have a reputation for getting drunk high or otherwise stupid. Last week, the paparazzi caught Lindsay paddling flatwater with rehab pals – and we assume, sober guides – on Utah’s Provo River. Although we can’t actually confirm it was “whitewater,” we know Lohan was staying in the raft and staying off the sauce.
On murky video seen on celebrity cable channels and tabloid programs, the guides cover up Lohan with their bodies, shielding the photo hounds from the money shot. At one point, a fellow rafter even gives photographers the number one sign (i.e. the middle finger).
The 21-year-old actress checked herself into Utah’s Cirque Lodge program after a July 24 car chase with Santa Monica, Calif. police and subsequent DUI arrest. She was in Malibu’s Promises earlier in the year but relapsed just 11 days after getting out.
We couldn’t help but leave you with this wonderful whitewater nugget the folks at High Country Rafting in Provo, Utah dropped on People magazine : Lohan “looked like she was having a good time. They were all splashing each other and stuff.”
