If you’re comfortable mixing a little work with play, here’s an opportunity. GET:OUTDOORS paddlesport shop in Greensboro, North Carolina is seeking a partner or buyer.

There’s much more to the deal than just the inventory and assets though. Will Seeley has been the manager of GET:OUTDOOR since 2005 and a partner in business since 2014, and he knows what’s really included in a paddlesports shop’s sales contract.

“As solely a paddlesports shop, providing sales, rentals, repairs, and instruction, the thing I love most is getting new paddlers involved in the sport, whether they are kayaking or paddleboarding. It’s always enjoyable to watch customers and students grow as paddlers; from first walking in the door and having little to no experience, to seeing them progress and see their needs and wants change as they gain that experience. It’s rewarding to know I help guide them on their journey and see them become thriving members of the local paddling community,” says Seeley.
It’s no wonder that GET:OUTDOORS has been in business for more than 25 years, with such a solid customer base and great location. The shop is located 30 minutes from local lakes with 18 to 20 thousand vehicles passing it each day. In addition to selling the top brands in the industry, GET:OUTDOORS also offers rentals, repairs, demo events, and instruction, including a thriving women’s program.
The 10,000 sq ft store includes a huge parking lot, tons of outdoor storage space, and is located in a busy commercial area. The store has a well-established website with more than 10 years of eCommerce: https://shopgetoutdoors.com.
