Luna Sport for Ladies

Ladies like it different. From paddling to protein. That’s why LUNA Sport is energizing the sports nutrition category, with a nutrition product line made for women athletes. Each new product is sized with the right amount of calories to keep women energized and ready for their next ball-busting paddle session. Additionally, the smaller bite-sized product and packaging fit easily in women’s mouths or drytop pockets, unlike the larger-sized sports products on the market today. LUNA is busting out three new goodies:

LUNA Sport Moons Energy Chews ($1.29) are organic energy chews designed as an alternative to gels. The moon-shaped, bite-size pieces are easy to eat, while being easy to moderate caloric intake (100 calories per pack) during time on the water. LUNA Sport Moons also offer different functional benefits with each flavor. Made with 95 percent organic ingredients, the Moons come in watermelon, pomegranate and blueberry.

LUNA Sport Electrolyte Splash ($1.39) is a low calorie performance drink made to fuel women’s workouts and keep them hydrated—important during winter paddling—while restoring electrolytes lost through sweat. With only 80 calories per 16 ounce serving, LUNA Sport Electrolyte Splash contains key vitamins and minerals women athletes are deficient in such as A, C & E, as well as ten percent of the daily value of calcium, iron and folic acid. Made with 80 percent organic ingredients. Available in pink grapefruit and lime-ade.

Everybody loves smoothies. Especially ladies. LUNA Sport Recovery Smoothie ($1.79) is a natural women’s protein recovery drink containing only 120 calories per serving and 8 grams of whey protein – perfect after a muscle-crunching surf. It’s not only a delicious treat following a workout but anytime a woman feels she needs more protein in her diet. Plus it has vitamins and minerals for energy production and muscle repair such as iron, zinc and B-complex vitamins, and amino acids. Made with 55 percent organic ingredients. Available in dark chocolate and strawberry banana.
